Promo Mechanics: 

1. For every single receipt with net purchase amounting to P10, 000
   worth of GAMEXTREME item/s, customer will receive a one (1) raffle
   promo.
2. The customer should fill out the coupon with his/her name, complete
   address, email address, telephone number/s and affix his/her
   signature.
3. Promo period is April 18, 2011 up to August 31, 2011.
4. Deadline for dropping of entries is on August 31, 2011 at 8:00 pm.
5. Customers may drop their filled out coupon/s at the designated drop
   box found in all GAMEXTREME Stores.
6. The raffle winners will be drawn on September 14, 2011, Thursday,
   3:00 pm at GAMEXTREME VMall, 3F, Greenhills Shopping Center,
   Greenhills, San Juan with the presence of a DTI Representative.
7. Winning coupon and prizes to be drawn in the presence of a
   DTI-Representative and are as follows:

Prize:

GRAND PRIZE: 3 DAYS and 2 NIGHTS stay with free breakfast for two (2)
families or group of four (4) at DREAM WAVE HOTEL.

CONSOLATION PRIZE: Five (5) winners of a One-Year 10% discount in all
ICORE Accessories in all Gamextreme Stores.

1. A participant can only win once, if the same winner is drawn for the
   second time, that participant will get the first awarded prize.
2. Prizes are transferrable but not convertible to cash.

10.  Winners will be notified through registered mail, by email and telephone
call from GAMEXTREME official.

11.  Winners may claim their prizes at GAMEXTREME 3F, VMall, Greenhills
Shopping Center, Greenhills, San Juan.

12.  List of the lucky winners will be posted in all GAMEXTREME STORES.

13.  Raffle prizes will only be awarded to the person whose name appears
on the raffle stub.

14.  The lucky winner must present original copy of the registered mail, the
winning raffle stub and must present two (2) valid identification card such as
Drivers License, Passport, School Identification and other Government issued
ID’s.

15.  Winners will be given Sixty (60) days from receipt of registered mail
to claim their prizes; otherwise prizes will be forfeited in favor of GAMEXTREME
with approval from DTI.

The trip to Puerto Galera is scheduled on September 23-25, 2011.

1. Consolation Prizes will also commence on September 23, 2011 up to
   September 22, 2012.
2. Prizes are valid up to one year from date of issue/claims.
3. Employees of GAMEXTREME and their relatives up to 2^nd degree of
   consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join the raffle promo.
